<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure resistant to explosion, in which the addition of organic fibers to concrete can be eliminated or reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete structure resistant to explosion comprises a concrete structure 1, a net-like member 2 buried in a surface layer part 1c of the concrete structure 1, and early melting members 3 ranging from the surface of the concrete structure 1 to the net-like member 2. The net-like member 2 comprises: a net body 21 made of a metallic net; and a thermoplastic resin-made cover layer 22 adhering to the net body 21.
