Disclosed are a massager and a massage head (10) thereof. The massage head (10) comprises an installation portion (11) and a connection portion (12), the installation portion (11) and the connection portion (12) being formed integrally. The installation portion (11) is provided with an installation surface (111) with an arc section. The installation surface (111) is provided with a plurality of massage contacts (13) thereon. Each massage contact (13) is in a conical tooth shape. The end of each conical tooth is provided with a protruding point (131). During massage of the massage head using the massage contacts in the conical tooth shape, the tooth-shaped structure and the protruding points at the ends of the teeth can guarantee that the skin is massaged in a more comfortable and more targeted manner. |
