The invention relates to an automatic software deployment method for a computer system and a corresponding automatic software deployment device. The automatic software deployment method includes: receiving client-side software version information from a client side; selecting a software version needing to be downloaded according to the version information; invoking an automated update procedure to download the software version; updating software after the software version is downloaded, wherein the software version includes an incremental version and a full version, and the content of the software version contains automated update and deployment files and data packets. According to the automatic software deployment method, software updating and deployment can be achieved more efficiently under the condition of limited bandwidth resources, so that integral office efficiency of the financial industry is improved greatly. |
