<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrostomy catheter with excellent operability, to be used for gastrostomy. <P>SOLUTION: The taper part 16 of the PEG catheter 12 is hollow 16a, and a hole 16e is formed at the top end thereof, the opening 16e allowing a head 11a formed at the top end of a guide wire 11 to pass therethrough. An engaging piece 16b is provided inside the taper part 16. The head 11a of the guide wire 11 inserted from the hole 16e passes through the wide slit of the engaging piece 16b, and the guide wire 11 enters the narrow slit of the engaging piece 16b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
