<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal resin complex by which an internal member can be arranged at a target position by a simple constitution, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the metal resin complex 1 includes a coating process, an installing process, and a heating process. In the coating process, a part of the outer peripheral surface 2s of a rodlike first member 2 made of a metal remains coated with an expandable resin 3 and a non-expandable resin 4. In the installing process, the first member 2 is inserted and installed in a second member 5 made of a metal which is formed into a cylindrical shape so that the first member 2 can be inserted inside. In the heating process, the expandable resin 3 is expanded by heating in a space between the first member 2 and the second member 5 as the first member 2 and the second member 5 remain arranged in such a manner that they keep the axial direction may fit to the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
