PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power selecting type manual operation system button lifting device having a hydraulic source driving device and an operation position of one place, and manually operable for increasing a variable speed in a manual feeling of biotechnological light force by optionally selecting one or a plurality of button devices. SOLUTION: A normally opening wire winding drum selecting brake 8 is installed in a lower part of a wire winding drum 1'. A hydraulic motor driving shaft 10 is rotatably connected to the whole wire winding drum 1' via a sprocket 18 and a driving chain 11. A feedback device 16 connected by a gear to a spool shaft 17 of a hydraulic control valve 12 is also connected via a gear group to the hydraulic motor driving shaft 10. A manual operation device 15 ergonomically pulled by a hand such as a nylon rope is connected to the spool shaft 17 of a hydraulic control valve 12 via the connected gear group.
