PURPOSE: A seat track device for a vehicle is provided to maintain the stable installation state of a track lever without an extra device after inserting the pivoting part of the track lever into a set bracket, due to the pivoting angle limitation of a track lever by a lever pivoting limitation unit. CONSTITUTION: A seat track device for a vehicle comprises a track lever(11), a set bracket(13), a track lever bracket(15), an installation wall(17), a hook projection(19), an insertion groove and a lever pivoting limitation unit. A pivoting unit(9) is installed at the end of the track lever. The pivoting unit of the track lever is pivoted through the set bracket. The track lever bracket is integrally connected to the track lever and is pivoted centered on the pivoting unit. The installation wall is formed at the set bracket in parallel to the pivoting surface of the track lever. The hook projection is formed at the track lever bracket to cover both sides of the installation wall of the set bracket. When the pivoting unit of the track lever is connected to the set bracket according to the pivoting angle of the track lever, the insertion groove is formed at the installation wall so that the hook projection covers both sides of the installation wall. The lever pivoting limitation unit limits the pivoting angle of the track lever. In the normal operation range of the track lever, the hook projection does is not separated from the insertion groove. |
