PURPOSE: A pre-heater for a car rear seat which has an improved heat radiating function is provided to facilitate the assembly of a pre-heater device by integrally inserting a heating unit in housing. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heater for a car rear seat comprises a heating unit(110), a housing(120), and a socket unit(130). The heating unit comprises a terminal(111), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) element(112), and a heat fin(113) The PTC element receives the power source from the terminal and generates heat. The heat fin improves the heat emission efficiency of the PTC element. The housing is box shape and has open one side. An elastic member(121), for pressurizing the heating unit, is at least one side of the housing which contacts with the heating unit.
