PURPOSE: An object detecting method for an intelligent monitoring system is provided to detect an object strong against noise, thereby copoing with crimes in real time. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent monitoring system forms an eigen-background using a plurality of background images. The intelligent monitoring system multiplies the formed eigen-background with each pixel unit in an input image. The intelligent monitoring system detects an moving object of the input image by clustering a calculated result. |
