PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that holds data even when power supply is stopped.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a capacitor. One of a source electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected to one of a source electrode and a drain electrode of the third transistor and one electrode of the capacitor. A gate electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected to the other of the source electrode and the drain electrode of the third transistor. |
