PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately forming a through-hole in a workpiece by irradiating the workpiece with a laser beam.SOLUTION: A laser processing method includes: a first step (S120) of irradiating a fuel injection plate 6 (workpiece) with a laser beam 29, and forming a fuel injection hole 5 (through-hole); a second step (S140) of imaging the fuel injection plate 6 in which the fuel injection hole 5 is formed by an area sensor camera 22, and generating image data (imaging data); and a third step (S170) of increasing a hole diameter of the fuel injection hole 5 on the basis of the image data generated in the second step (S140), and thereby adjusting the hole diameter of the fuel injection hole 5. The method described can accurately form the fuel injection hole 5. |
