PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system that can perform self-diagnosis regularly and continually, enables a person to accurately learn capability of the person or the person's family members in an early stage taking advantage of an inspection result, and enables them to get a necessary treatment in an early stage.SOLUTION: An inspection system comprises: communication means 3 for receiving a handwritten image of an answered inspection form 2 via a communication network 1; authentication means 4 for inspecting whether there is an identifier or not and whether a detected identifier is valid or not regarding the received handwritten image; reading means 5 for detecting an answer from the received handwritten image; evaluation means 6 for obtaining a score of the inspection form 2 on the basis of the detected answer; and storage means 7 for retaining the obtained score together with its identifier. |
