1. A valve for a pump for delivering fuel, comprising:
a housing; a closing element guided moveably along an axis in the housing, wherein the closing element is configured to close a channel of the pump, the closing element having a first contact face; and an actuator configured as a magnetic coil and a magnetic rotor, wherein the rotor has a recess through which the closing element is guided; wherein the actuator has a second contact face formed on the rotor adjacent to the recess;
wherein the closing element and the actuator are actively connected to each other via the first and second contact faces; andwherein each of the first and second contact faces comprises a semi-spherical surface.
