PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member in which toner release property, slipping property and toner chargeability on a surface of the member can be sufficiently and relatively easily achieved.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic member R is used for an electrophotographic device. The electrophotographic member R has a polymer layer 1 including a member surface. The polymer layer 1 has a matrix polymer that forms a framework of the polymer layer 1, and a first surface modifier and a second surface modifier included in the matrix polymer. The first surface modifier comprises a copolymer containing a first polymerization unit and a second polymerization unit. The second surface modifier comprises a copolymer containing the second polymerization unit and a third polymerization unit. The first polymerization unit is based on a (meth)acrylate having a fluorine-containing group; the second polymerization unit is based on a (meth)acrylate having a silicone group; and the third polymerization unit is based on a (meth)acrylamide having an amino group or a (meth)acrylate having an amino group.
