PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of inhibiting malfunction caused by light of a light source entering into an illuminance sensor.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 controls the light volume of a light source 300 according to illuminance of a lighting area and includes: a body part 100 having an illuminance sensor 400 which detects the illuminance; and a panel 200 which is installed so as to face the body part. The body part includes a first light shielding wall 121 which protrudes toward the panel and encloses the illuminance sensor. The panel includes a second light shielding wall 211 which protrudes toward the body part and faces a side surface of the first light shielding wall. |
