PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure terminals in a monitoring circuit and a monitoring device.SOLUTION: A monitoring circuit 25 includes switches 50, 51 connected in association with a high potential point P1 and a low potential point P2 of a power circuit 24, respectively. The monitoring circuit 25 further includes an output terminal 52 which is connected to each switch 50, 51, to acquire and output a voltage V from either one of the high potential point P1 and the low potential point P2 by the switchover of a potential point to be connected via the switch 50, 51 through opening and closing of the switch 50, 51. |
