Provided are a fluidized bed reactor and a manufacturing method of a carbon nanostructure by using the same. The fluidized bed reactor comprises: a reactor main body; a dispersion plate arranged inside the reactor main body; a gas supply pipe for supplying reaction gas with an upflow method for facing from the lower part of the dispersion plate to the upper part; a catalyst supply pipe arranged on the lower part of the reactor main body for supplying a catalyst; and a ring-shaped structure in equipped with a plurality of holes for discharging reducing gas supplied from the outside of the main body in an upper direction, as a ring-shaped structure with a vacant inside space arranged adjacent to the inner wall of the main body.
