The present invention relates to a method for using multifunctional anti-radiation coveralls. The multifunctional anti-radiation coveralls include: an electroluminescence (EL) light unit which includes at least one of a figure, a symbol, and a character; and a control unit which supplies power to the EL light unit and is electrically connected to the EL light unit to control the EL light unit. The control unit is connected to a radiation sensing means to flash the EL light according to radiation detection information generated by the radiation sensing means. The present invention arranges the EL light unit capable of replacing the functions of a guide sign plate or a flashing light, thereby significantly enhancing the convenience of an operator.
