The present invention relates to a method for performing a network optimization process in a mobile communications system. The method comprises the steps of: receiving upward link radio frequency (RF) information which is information about an upward link signal received from a device for performing a drive test through at least one base station from at least one base station; receiving downward link RF information which is information about a downward link signal received from the base station by the device from the device; predicting an RF environment and functions based on the upward link RF information received from the base station and downward link RF information received from the device; and determining at least one parameter for network optimization applied to the network optimization process based on the predicted RF environment and functions.
