<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping device for cooling liquid, which has a simple pressure change restriction structure for eliminating the operation of removing and filling coolant without providing a special external interface for coping with a pressure change, and to provide a cooling device.SOLUTION: A piping device for cooling liquid comprises: an inflow-side channel in which coolant flows; an outflow-side channel from which coolant is caused to flow out; a liquid cooling pipe connected to the inflow-side channel and the outflow-side channel and composed of a heat exchange channel in which coolant flow from one end to the other end during circulation of coolant; an inflow valve for closing and opening in relation to the inflow-side channel and the external part of a housing; an outflow valve for closing and opening in relation to the outflow-side channel and the external part of the housing; a cavity part with an opening communicating with the inflow-side channel opposite the side where the inflow valve is present with respect to a place to which one end of the heat exchange channel connects; a pressure change restriction member in the cavity part that compensates for an internal pressure change resulting from expansion and contraction of coolant sealed in the liquid cooling pipe when the inflow valve and outflow valve are closed; and a member holding mechanism that holds the pressure change restriction member.</p> |
