FIELD: packing industry.SUBSTANCE: package of solid yeast products comprises a support element, solid yeast products contained in a single or several shells arranged on the support element. It comprises an outer coating holding all solid yeast products contained in shells on the support element. Besides, the combination of shells located between solid yeast products and the outer coating is characterised by mass per unit of area surface of 200 g/mor below and is made of material, being partially gas permeable and partially permeable for liquid, and where shells are fully sealed. Also the method is proposed to pack solid yeast products. It provides for the following stages: provision of the support element, packaging of solid yeast products into one or several shells, placement of solid yeast products contained in shells on the support element, placement of the outer coating above all solid yeast products, contained in shells. Besides, the combination of shells located between solid yeast products and the outer coating is characterised by mass per unit of area surface of 200 g/mor below and is made of material, being partially gas permeable and partially permeable for liquid, and where shells are fully sealed. Also the method is proposed to store and use solid yeast products.
