The purpose of the present invention is to provide a plasma nozzle which generates plasma from the inside thereof so as to atomize and pyrolyze a supplied liquid at a rapid speed by heat generated by a plasma arc and flow excited chemical species and to mix the atomized and pyrolyzed liquid with gas and spray the mixture. The plasma nozzle, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first housing which discharges supplied gas through a narrowed outlet and is electrically grounded; a second housing which is provided near the outlet of the first housing so as to spray the liquid supplied through a spray hole into the outlet; and a driving electrode which is embedded in the first housing so as to form a discharge gap between one end thereof and the outlet, and which receives driving voltage applied thereto.
