PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coating device capable of easily determining the state of discharge condition of a resin in the resin coating device.SOLUTION: The resin coating device includes: discharge means 101 that discharges a resin 201 from a nozzle 110; imaging means 102 that takes an image of the resin 201 in a space discharged from the nozzle 110 after a predetermine first time has elapsed since a piece of discharge information as a piece of information to discharge the resin 201 is acquired; and a determination section 132 that acquires a piece of tip information which includes at least one of a piece of position information representing the position of the tip of the resin 201 and a piece of shape information representing a shape of the tip of the resin 201 based on the image information acquired from the imaging means 102, and determines the state of the discharge condition based on the tip information.
