PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulation and distribution device for notifying information relating to accumulated unrecognizable image data, that is, the number of residual jobs waiting for input whose input operation is required. SOLUTION: This accumulation and distribution device is provided with a reception means for receiving input job data including image data whose character information becomes unrecognizable by a paper sheet processor; a storage means for storing input data received through the reception means; a distribution means for distributing the input job data stored in the storage means to the input device of character information; a management means for managing the number of pieces of residual input job data stored in the storage means; and a notification means for notifying the input device of the number of pieces of the residual input job data managed by the management means.
