PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe press belt controlling water current in a shoe edge contact part area and not generating crack in the shoe edge contact part area. SOLUTION: In the shoe belt, a resin layer is formed on felt side of a substrate and a recessed groove is installed in the resin layer.
