APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING OPTICAL FILM

An optical film inspection device is provided to remove inconvenience of disassembling a clamping unit in order to pull out an optical film if the tip end part of the optical film is inserted into the space of the clamping unit while settling the optical film. An optical film inspection device comprises a clamping unit(5), an image capturing unit(4), and an insertion-guiding unit(10a). The clamping unit comprises a plurality of nozzles formed at a plane for spaying the air to the optical film and a pair of plane separated each other. The clamping unit clamps the optical film and spays the air to the optical film inserted into the planes while keeping the optical film to be flat. The image capturing unit takes a picture of badness element of the optical film clamped with the clamping unit. The insertion-guiding unit levels the tip end part of the optical film and inserts between the planes.
