<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of components supply by attaching inherent identification codes to component groups, and managing the components supply based on the identification codes. <P>SOLUTION: A feeder holding device comprises (a) a truck 52 and (b) a supplying device side controller 530. The truck 52 has a plurality of feeder holding parts which hold a plurality of feeders 54, each of the feeders 54 storing a plurality of circuit components and sequentially supplying the circuit components, and the truck 52 is attachable to and detachable from a mounting device 10 which mounts the circuit components supplied from the plurality of feeders on a circuit board. The supplying device-side controller 530 is provided in the truck 52 and can communicate with a mounting device-side controller 516 for controlling the mounting device 10. The communication between the mounting device-side controller 516 and the supplying device-side controller 530 achieves the transfer and reception of information useful for the components supply, which brings about the effect of facilitating the management of components supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
