A membrane module for water treatment is provided to reduce manufacturing cost, to offer superior washing efficiency, and to facilitate washing of the membrane module. A membrane module for water treatment includes a supporter(10) and a membrane(20). The membrane is laminated on a supporter. The supporter is dropped, when one end side of the supporter is fixed. The supporter is a resin-coated fiber sheet(12). The resin coated on the fiber sheet is one or more compound selected from an acryl resin, an epoxy-based resin, a melamine resin, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene oxide. A channel(15) in which a fluid is flowed is formed on the supporter.
