Two pairs of electrical resistors (4, 14, 24, 34) are connected in series with respect to each other. The resistors of each pair are connected in a parallel manner and located on the respective side wall. Rails (6, 16) are fixed on the cooking enclosure, and the side walls are connected to the rails by hinges (5, 15) in a sliding manner.
