PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device capable of preventing degrading of image quality adjacent to a focus detection pixel. ! SOLUTION: Plural pixels includes unit cells which has the predetermined number of pixels which are disposed repeatedly. A unit cell A includes an imaging pixel 10 but includes no focus detection pixel 21 or 22. A unit cell B includes focus detection pixels 21 and 22 in addition to the imaging pixel 10. In the unit cell B, the focus detection pixels 21 and 22 are disposed at a position corresponding to a pixel which has a color filter of a color the wavelength of which is the longest in the unit cell A, and has a color filter of a broad band wider than the pixel. !
