The purpose of the present invention is to provide granular adzuki bean powder with enforced antithrombotic activity using natural fruit juice and adzuki bean powder and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises the steps of: mixing banana fruit juice, kiwi fruit juice, and blueberry fruit juice with a mixture of boiled adzuki bean powder, xylitol, and lactobacillus powder; and granulating and drying the same. The granular adzuki bean powder with enforced antithrombotic activity using natural fruit juice and adzuki bean powder can be provided as a health supplementary food useful in preventing and alleviating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by combination of nutritional ingredients of adzuki bean and natural fruit juice and excellent antithrombotic activity, with convenient intake by processing.
