<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece movement device using uniaxial actuators, having the long stroke, capable of achieving highly accurate positioning, high speed conveyance, and the space saving.SOLUTION: The workpiece movement device includes first and second uniaxial actuators 1, 2 each having a structure including a boll screw mechanism and a linear guide mechanism combined with each other. When the workpiece movement device is used, a guide rail 10 of the first uniaxial actuator 1 is fixed on a mounting surface 9. A slider 20 of the second uniaxial actuator 2 is fixed on a slider 20 of the first uniaxial actuator 1. At both ends in a longitudinal direction of a guide rail 10 of the second uniaxial actuator 2, there are fixed rail guide members 4, 5 for guiding movement of the guide rail 10, with respect to the mounting surface 9. A workpiece mounting surface is a top face 16 of the guide rail 10 of the second uniaxial actuator 2.</p> |
