FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: device contains mandrel-thrust bearing for installation of the rod with mandrel in the deformation centre, bushing surrounding the rod, devices for bushing centring, trolley with movement drive. Increased stability of long reference rod, exclusion of mandrel oscillations in the deformation centre is ensured by that the device is provided with at least one additional trolley, and one additional bushing surrounding the rod. All trolleys have pushers for bushings. The trolleys movement drive is made as closed circuit with uneven stops interacting with the trolleys.EFFECT: device removes thickness variation, roughness on internal and external surfaces of the sleeves, cracks and fractures in the sleeve walls, longitudinal curvature and out of roundness.4 dwg |
