A ground heat exchanger using grout combined with phase change materials (PCM) comprises: a hollow pile installed underground; a heat exchange pipe accommodating a heat exchange medium to be placed inside the hollow of the pile; and grout filling a space between the heat exchange pipe and an inner side of the hollow to exchange heat with the heat exchange medium. The grout includes a first grout including shape stabilized phase change materials (SSPCM); thereby providing a ground heat exchanger having high efficiency.
