Disclosed are a switching method and device for a charging system. The switching of a specific service charging system can be initiated by an on-line charging system or a customer relationship management system, and any service can be switched from an original charging system to a new charging system in real time, so that it is not necessary to switch all users on the original charging system to the new charging system, thereby supporting smooth switching among a plurality of charging systems.
