<p>The present invention relates to a sunscreen blind made of an environmentally friendly material. The objective of the present invention is to provide a sunscreen blind capable of providing an excellent openness factor by twisting a piled fiber with a smooth surface and a circular cross section through the ring twisting of a filament fiber or a cotton fiber without PVC coating and maintaining a constant aperture using the piled fiber. In the blind for a sunscreen made of fabric with 1-5% of an openness factor, the fabric is manufactured by the piled fiber formed by ring-twisting first, second, third, and fourth fibers. When the first and the third fibers are an artificial fiber except the natural cotton fiber and the second and fourth fibers are a low melting (LM) fiber with a smaller denier than the first and third fibers, the thickness of the first fiber, the second fiber, the third fiber, and the fourth fiber is 0.45-0.55h, 0.05-0.15h, 0.25-0.35h, and 0.05-0.15h with respect to the thickness (h) of the piled fiber. When the first and third fibers are a natural cotton fiber and the second and fourth fibers are a low melting (LM) fiber with the smaller denier than the first and third fibers, the first fiber, the thickness of the second fiber, the third fiber, and the fourth fiber is 0.35-0.45h, 0.05-0.15h, 0.35-0.45h, and 0.05-0.15h with respect to the thickness (h) of the piled fiber.</p> |
