Disclosed are a binder composition for a secondary battery, which includes a first fluorine-based binder including a tetrafluoroethylene-based binder; a second fluorine-based binder including a vinylidene fluoride-based binder; and a non-fluorine based binder including a repeated unit derived from an acrylic monomer, and a positive electrode and a lithium battery including the binder composition.
