摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing metal oxide powder, comprising the steps of: adding deionized water and an electrolyte into a reactor and stirring the deionized water and the electrolyte to form an aqueous electrolyte solution; immersing a first base material, composed of a metal or a metal alloy material to be reacted, in the aqueous electrolyte solution and connecting the first base material to the anode of a power supplier; connecting a second base material, composed of a metal or a metal alloy material with a redox potential lower than the first base material and anti-corrosion properties greater than the first base material, to the cathode of the power supply; setting a voltage difference between the first base material and the second base material and actuating the power supplier to start oxidation reaction in the first base material; forming arc plasma while electric discharge occurs on the surface of the first base material, separating metal oxide from the surface of the first base material and immersing the metal oxide in the aqueous electrolyte solution as the metal oxide is formed on the surface of the first base material by the arc plasma; selectively separating precipitates sunk in the aqueous electrolyte solution; and heat-treating the selectively separated precipitates under an oxidation atmosphere to acquire metal oxide powder. The present invention hardly generates harmful materials or waste water which may be generated during the process due to using a small amount of electrolyte and deionized water and not using strong acid; is eco-friendly; may reduce costs; and may perform mass-production in a short time.</p>
