Provided is technology capable of distributing heating capacity of a heat pump into a hot water supply side and heating side when simultaneously executing a hot water supply heating operation and heating operation. The present invention relates to a hot water supply and heating system comprising: a heat pump which heats a heating medium for hot water supply by absorbing heat from the natural environment; a hot water supply device which supplies hot water using a heating medium for hot water supply; a temperature detecting unit which detects the temperature of the heating medium heated by a heat pump; a heating device which is heated by the heating medium for heating; and a flow adjusting unit which adjusts the flow of the heating medium for heating which is heated by a heat pump. The system can execute a hot water heating operation which heats heat medium for hot water supply by a heat pump, and a heating operation which heats the heating medium by a heat pump, and when simultaneously executing the hot water heating operation and the heating operation, adjusts the flow of the heating medium by adjusting the flow, thereby making the temperature of the heating medium detected in the temperature detecting unit close to the set temperature of boiling.
