PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire detailed data for predicting a seawater flow.SOLUTION: The seawater flow prediction device comprises: a boundary condition setting unit for setting a boundary condition on the basis of an existing seawater flow prediction result; and a seawater flow prediction unit for predicting a seawater flow in any of sub-areas obtained by dividing the target area for the seawater flow prediction result on the basis of an equation of motion including an assimilation calculation term and the boundary condition.
