The invention relates to a process for preparing a biofuel for aviation from an algal biomass. According to the invention, the process comprises the extraction of algal biomass having a content of 19.11...21.43% dry matter with a solvent at a temperature of 62...69°C, followed by the separation, by centrifugation, of a delipidated biomass and an algal oil solution which is then subjected to esterification, wherefrom the glycerine is recycled in microalgae culture and the methyl esters of fatty acids are subjected to catalytic hydrogenation and hydrocracking and further admixed with a aldolic condensate resulting from the acid hydrolysis of the delipidated biomass, the mixture being subjected to a hydrodeoxygenation and a hydroisomerization process, wherefrom the fraction with the boiling point of 145...275°C is separated by rectification from the other fractions of n/isoalkanes to result in a fuel having a freezing point of -49...-48°C.
