The present invention provides a lower electrode formed on a substrate, in which a first driving voltage (V1) is applied; an auxiliary electrode formed around the lower electrode, in which a second driving voltage (V2) is applied; a photo conductive layer formed on the lower electrode and the auxiliary electrode; and an x-ray detector including an upper electrode formed on the photo conductive later, in which a third driving voltage (V3) is applied, wherein the third driving voltage (V3) is a reverse bias voltage immediately after detecting x-ray is off.
