The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rotational machinery comprising: a step of coupling a first guide plate for guiding a rotor to be inserted into a stator to the rotor; a step of coupling a guide bar for guiding the first guide plate to the stator; and a step of lowering the rotor into the inside of the stator. According to the present invention, a collision between the rotor and stator can be prevented in the process of inserting the rotor into the stator, thereby improving the quality of the rotational machinery.
