PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armor adapted to automatically be retracted into a flat form to protect a rider and/or an animal from injuries.SOLUTION: A safety armor 1, comprising a first part 2 that contacts a riding animal and a second part 4 that supports one leg of a rider, further comprises energization means 6 that energizes the safety armor from an open form to a closed form. In the open form, the degree that the armor projects outward from the animal is reduced to keep the second part automatically movable to a closed form when one leg of the rider is removed from the second part. |
