The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition including N-(2,2′-disubstituted-2H-cromene-6-yl)-N′,N″-disubstituted-guanidine derivatives for preventing or treating asthma or inflammation diseases, which can effectively inhibit S-nitrosoglutathion reductase (GSNOR), thereby inhibiting the activity of GSNOR, and being usefully used for preventing or treating asthma or inflammation diseases related thereto.
