<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible organic thermoelectric conversion element, high in adhesion with a base material or a metal electrode and capable of preventing an organic thermoelectric conversion layer from being separated during use, and a method for manufacturing the flexible organic thermoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: A flexible organic thermoelectric conversion element 10 includes: an organic thermoelectric conversion layer 3 including (a) carbon nanotubes, (b) a polymer compound, and (c) a compound represented by the following formula (A), formula (B) and formula (C), and provided in a pattern on a flexible base material 1, on which a metal electrode 2 is provided, so as to correspond with the arrangement of the metal electrode; and an upper electrode 4 provided on the organic thermoelectric conversion layer. Formula (A): R-Y, formula (B): R-Z-C(=S)-Z-R, and formula (C): R-Z-Z-R, where Rrepresents an alkyl group or the like, Y represents -SH, -SCN or the like, Zand Zrepresent a single bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or the like, Zrepresents a sulfur atom or the like, Rand Rrepresent an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or the like, and R, R, Rand Rrepresent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group or an aryl group.</p> |
