<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite plate excelling in bending workability and lightweight property. <P>SOLUTION: The composite plate is obtained by laminating metal sheets on both faces of a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet through an adhesive to integrate them. The thickness of the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet is 1-5 mm, the density of the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet is 0.02-0.1 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, the thickness of the metal sheet is 0.1-0.5 mm, the total thickness of the composite plate is 1.1-5.5 mm, the total basis weight of the composite plate is 1-3.3 kg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and the maximum bending load of the composite plate is 15-65 N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
