Provided are: a novel method for analyzing a target easily using a binding nucleic acid molecule; and an analysis kit for use in the method. The analysis method according to the present invention comprises: a complex formation step of bringing a binding nucleic acid molecule capable of binding to a target into contact with a sample to form a complex of the binding nucleic acid molecule and the target contained in the sample; a nuclease treatment step of liberating a nucleic acid monomer from a fraction of the complex and/or a fraction that does not contain the complex by the treatment with a nuclease; an enzymatic treatment step of reacting the liberated nucleic acid monomer with an enzyme for which the substrate is a nucleic acid monomer; a detection step of detecting the enzymatic reaction; and an analysis step of analyzing the target that forms the complex from the results of the detection of the enzymatic reaction.
