<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve comfortable heating while reducing power consumption in a heating element placed in webbing.SOLUTION: A heating device 40 includes: a heating element (a heater member 310) placed in webbing 31 of a seat belt device 20 of a vehicle 10; a control part 50 capable of heating the heating element; a door opening/closing detection part 51 which detects opening/closing of a door of the vehicle; and a buckle attachment detection part 37 which detects the attachment state of the webbing. The control part 50 controls a temperature of the heating element on the basis of a detection result of the door opening/closing detection part 51 and/or a detection result of the buckle attachment detection part 37.</p> |
