<p>Present invention provides fusion polypeptide against EB virus-induced tumor comprising ion channel forming colicin mutant polypeptide, antibody polypeptide against EB virus or EB virus antibody mimetic polypeptide; at that, ion channel forming colicin is received by G11A, H22G, A26G, V31L and H40D amino-acid remains mutation in wild type colicin Ia-chain. Present invention relates to preparation method and use of said polypeptide, gene coding thereof and recombined plasmid including this gene.</p> |
